Destination Wedding Planning
Full-service planning for weddings in Crete and France, from the first site visit through to the final send-off. We handle venue selection, supplier coordination, timeline design, styling direction and on-site delivery — working closely with our client-facing team so every couple has one clear point of contact throughout.
This is the core of our practice: the same discipline applied to a clifftop ceremony in Crete or a vineyard estate in France.
Private & Corporate Events
Milestone celebrations, private retreats and small corporate gatherings, designed with the same attention as our weddings. We plan events for hosts who want a setting with real character — a family estate in Provence, a private villa in Crete — rather than a conference hotel.
Scope ranges from full production to a lighter advisory role, depending on what a host and their existing team already have in place.
A Vetted Network
Panorama Events works with a carefully selected network of venues, photographers, florists, caterers and stylists across Crete and France — chosen for their standard of work, not pulled from a directory.
We open parts of this network to fellow planners and agencies seeking a reliable local partner in either destination, and we're always evaluating new venues and suppliers who meet our standard.

Discovery
We start with a conversation — about the celebration, the setting, the people involved — to understand what's needed before proposing anything.
Design
Venue, timeline and supplier proposals are built around that brief, drawing on our network in Crete and France.
